Nicole Learned

Vice President of Operations

Nicole Learned is the Vice President of Operations, and has been with the company since 1998. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations and program development for the company’s distressed asset business, and her role was instrumental in the development and launch of Nehemiah’s Neighborhood Restoration and Roofs for Troops Programs. Nicole designs and implements processes, procedures, and technology in order to maintain the efficiency and stability of the programs. She is responsible for new program development and implementation, system automation and enhancements, quality control, program compliance and third party relationship management.

Nicole has held a variety of operations positions since joining Nehemiah and successfully managed call center volumes of 35,000 calls per month and processing volumes of 16,000 transactions per month in support of Nehemiah’s down payment assistance program. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Certificate of Advanced Business Studies from California State University, Sacramento.  Nicole holds a license as a California Real Estate Salesperson from the Bureau of Real Estate.
